My name is Simona and I always had a passion for cooking since childhood when I used to snoop in grandmother’s kitchen, a chef at a major Tuscan family.
After finishing, a very wellknown cooking school “Petronilla” in Florence and having attended several cooking classes, I decided to run a family restaurant for 5 years.
Lately, in line with my creative and sociable person I deal with much more fun activities: dinners at home and cooking classes.
I prefer talking with my customers rather than to be locked in the kitchen.
