My mother and I took the Florence Cooking Class in the heart of Florence and it was real fabulous, we learned “hands on” to male gnocci , tomato sauce and other sauces as appetizers, a quiche and a delicious trifle . Back home we have already had a dinner with our friends and it was a huge success . We are recommending this school to all of our friends and acquaintances who are about to come to Florence.
We love food so we could not miss a cooking class (in) while we were in Tuscany. Among the many cooking classes we chose tuscany cooking time company for different reasons: the small group, the location of the school near the Duomo, which made it close to our Hotel and because we found the program tempting.
Needless to say that the Tuscany cooking class exceeded our expectations and the place is really amazing.
Our family wanted to do a cooking class but also see a bit of the Tuscan countryside so we opted for the cooking class in chianti . Good choice , beautiful scenery , the villa is wonderful with stunning views of the owner’s vineyards and a talented chef. After the course we had lunch in a beautiful and elegant living room, we drank a lot of wine and valuable addition to the recipes we brought home unforgettable memories . Highly recommended
Having little time in florence we opted for the wine and cooking class , learning all about how to pair food and wine. Now back home we try to practice all that we have learned about the right wine and food combinations and it’s great to discover how you can enhance a dish with the right wine, whatever it is, or ruin a great dinner with the wrong wine.
